First Fold the paper half.

Then fold the triangle to another little triangle.

Naxt fold the little triangle to another little triangle.

Then cut it.

You can cut it any where.

You need to open it.

Finelly you can color it to yallow,red,pinck,blue,some color you love,and this is paper- cut for window decoration.
