Roast papad
Crush them to coarse powder
Chop onions and coriander
Chop some mint
Add papad power to onions mix and also add some carrom seeds (ajwain) , chopped mint and chat masala
Mix it well
Take a ball of dough
Roll the dough into small thick sheet . Put the stuffing in it .
This is how it looks after stuffing
Roll it in bigger paratha and roast on a hot pan with small amount of oil
Serve with curd and pickle
