Also using Special breads available these days. Added to that, using Perfumed Tuscan oils, and old balsamic vinager. That will make it an elegant and sophisticated starter or a side dish






Put them in the fridge for 2 hrs. So as the tomatoes give some juice and the bread is soaked and absorbed the flavors

If you have a very old balsamic; few drops will make the salad a million dollar. A normal balsamic will b good too

After 2 hrs or so mix the salad well add basil leaves and few drops of balsamic. Very chic starter and surprisingly delicious
