Here are all of my ingredients chopped up and ready to use.
Peel the shrimps and take the poo shoot out. Wash the shrimp and then separate them into another bowl. You have to wash the shrimps around 5 times so that they are clean.
When the water is hot add all the ingredients except the shrimp and cook for a minute. Add the shrimp and cook until it turns pink and then add the milk. Cook for four minutes.
Pour it in the bowl and then you can eat it.
- 1/2 Lemons
- 5.0 Chillies
- 3.0cm Piece of galangal
- 4.0 Coriander stalks
- 2.0 Piece of lemon grass
- 8.0 Basil leaves
- 1.0c Non fat milk
