Separate the egg white from the yolks and whisk the egg white. Once foamy, add in the cream of tartar. Whisk until egg whites are firm and form peaks
Fold in egg yolks slowly
Fold in premix slowly. Once everything is folded, add water
Whisk on low speed for 1 min.
Whisk at high speed for 7 mins. Add oil slowly at the last minute
Pour into happy call pan on low heat
After 20 mins or so, nice pandan cake is done!

- 7 eggs
- 65ml soya bean oil
- 65ml water
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
