STEPS
INGREDIENTS

In bowl, using a wire whisk, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. I started using a whisk at first, and then changed to a spatula because it was easier to use.

Add milk, butter, and egg and stir until flour until moistened. Also make sure the griddle is on and ready to use.

Pour batter onto hot griddle, making a few pancakes at a time. Cook until tops are bubbly and edges look dry. With a spatula, flip and cook until underside is golden.

I also added chocolate chips because that is how my mom likes her pancakes.

Repeat until all the batter is used and then enjoy! My mom really liked the pancakes, but I think she liked them more knowing I made them special.

The pancakes came out a lot thinner than I expected them to. One idea as to why this is, is because I used a spatula instead of a whisk.
