Meausure out milk in a jug ready to use later
Meusure eggs into a bowl
Measure out flower and add the eggs to it
Add the milk to the mixture
Whisk all the ingredients together
Melt a piece of hot butter into a frying pan
Put in enough of the mixture to cover up the base of the frying pan
Lift the pancake up to see if its browning from underneath. Gently shake the pan until you can place it on the spatula
Now do 'the flip' then serve the pancake on the plate
Now it is ready to serve! Add a squeeze of lemon juice and some caster sugar for that extra sparkle. Enjoyy!
