Ingredients! :D preheat your over to 425!!
First step would be to cut the sweet potato into wedges. If you like thinner fries just cut how you like. Make sure they are the same size so they cook evenly.
Melt ghee in the microwave and add on top of the sweet potato fries. Mix w your hands. It's messy but most efficient! Add rosemary, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix.
Set the potato slices on the baking sheet. Spread evenly.
The hard part. Waiting the 20 minutes for them to be done.
After 20 mins or when you are able to stick a knife in easy they are done! Delicious and paleo friendly. !

- 1.0Tbsp Ghee
- 1.0tsp Rosemary
- 1.0tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1.0 Salt
