Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rinse chicken and place into clean bowl
Grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil
Fill one bowl with 1 cup of almond flour
Fill second bowl with 3 whisked eggs
Fill third bowl with unsweetened shredded coconut
Dip chicken in the flour covering both sides
Dip chicken in egg covering both sides
Dip chicken in shredded coconut covering both sides
Place chicken on oiled cookie sheet
Place chicken in oven and bake at 400 degrees
Set timer for 20-25 minutes
Eat and enjoy!
