How to make paleo bread and buns

Poor into bread form. Mine is rubbish, so I use baking sheet to make the bread come out more easily. If you want, you can decorate your bread by topping it with pumpkin seeds or sesame down the middle

Now bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees celcius/320 fahrenheit. I usually use the fan, but top/bottom heat will work just fine.

While baking, the eggs will bubble and look funny, but this disappears when taking it out. When done, your bread should be firm when knocking on it, but just trust the time - it cannot go wrong.

Tip! You can also make buns. To make your buns a bit sweeter, replace walnuts with hazelnuts and oil with butter. Let the hazelnuts and almonds soak in water for a few hours before using them.

I put a handfull of grated carrot in. It makes it sweeter and tasty. You can also use zuchini, beets, chocolate chips, etc.

Eat with any topping you like - meat, cheese, avocados, and so on. It's delicious!

You can easily change the recipe - if you're not a fan of walnuts, use hazelnuts, if you're low on sesame, sum up with sunflower seeds - just keep the ratio between nuts/seeds and eggs.

It will last about a week. Keep it in an airtight container. Can be frozen. Use a regular, sharp knife for cutting in stead of a bread knife.

Cultural lesson: If you're not from Scandinavia, you're probably thinking that this has nothing to do with bread (since it's not white, fluffy and lacking nutrients). But....
