Make separate pasta wells. 1 1/2 C flour per well with 2 eggs. Spinach in one

Make a homemade Marinara. 3 garlic cloves. 1 Can of Marzanos, a carrot, and white wine. Sauté garlic/carrot in olive oil over med/low heat for 5min. Add in tomato. add white wine. Salt. Simmer
Slice some Criminis
Brown Cowboy bacon over med/low till crispy and fat rendered. This bacon is Amazeballs
Brown mushroom in bacon fat and olive oil. Deglaze with white wine
Roll out Pasta
Cut into Tagliatelle
Add marinara and cream to pan
Add in bacon and butter
Add cooked Pasta, Peas, Parm, Parsley, crushed Red. Serve
