Start making bechamel sauce ☺️
Like this then let it simmer on low heat👍
Prepare a bed of potatos cover them with olive oil, salt pepper and thyme😋
Meanwhile on a large skillet drizzle some olive oil then add chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms👍
After they are translucent add choped chicken legs😜
Cook them well☺️
Then potatos goes in the oven😉
Not to hot 200cc☺️
After 20 minutes take the potatos back😜
Then put the cooked chicken legs on the potatos😉 see where i am coming😉👍😋
Then cover it with bechamel sauce☺️ i know not very healty but sometimes i know you want to comit the crime😉
Add your favorate cheese on top😜😜
Then in the oven again gas mark 200 cc for 20-25 minutes
