Hot glue the ornaments ends on
Cut floral wire to the length you want
Make a hanging hole on one end and then add the ornaments, I bought mine at the dollar store
Add until you're happy with it
Add a large ornament  to the end
Hang up
It's that easy! For an ornament wreath use a wire hanger, because the floral wire is too flexible
