Preheat oven to 350F
Cream butter and sugars (light brown and regular) until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla once sugars and butter are combined
In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly add it to the wet ingredients until well combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Take one scoop of cookie dough and place it on top of the Oreo. Take a second scoop and place it on the bottom of the Oreo. Pinch the sides together so it wraps all the way around the cookie.
Place onto a cookie sheet. I like to spray it with cooking spray, others prefer parchment paper for easier cleanup. Make sure to spread the cookies apart (they will expand). Cook for 11-15 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.

- 1.0c Sugar
- 2.0 Large Eggs
- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 3.0c Flour
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Baking Soda
- 1.0 Bag of Chocolate Chips (12 oz)
- 1.0 Package Oreo cookies
