The stiff peaks are not very clear to see here, but the whites should not move when the bowl is turned over. It took about 15 minutes at a low speed for the whites to reach this point.

I give this recipe a 3 out of 5. The steps were easy to follow, but it was time consuming. They also didn't seem to raise well. If I made it again, I would try adding a little more baking powder.
