My ingredients. Pre heat the oven on 190 degrees.
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
Heat the butter until liquid and add to the bowl. Add all other ingredients
Mix all with your hands
Make small pieces and shape them as you like. Add to a biscuit sheet. Leave some space between them. As you will see I didn't left enough room.
Add the fruit on top of the biscuits
Take them to the oven on 190 degrees for 8 min or until golden
- 2.0 Golden syrup porridge
- 100.0g Plain flour
- 50.0g Caster sugar
- 80.0g Butter
- 1.0Tbsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 1.0Tbsp Honey
- 2.0Tbsp Water
