How to make nyan cat nails

First, paint the outline of Nyan Cat in white, make sure this layer is thick. Then fill in the body, make sure one layer dries before applying another

Let the cats dry for another hour....

While you wait, go ahead and paint on the rainbows in space. First the rainbow, then the black and then the stars.

Add a top coat and then stick on your cat. Peel it off of the baggie with tweezers. Stick the cat onto your nails and then wait a bit before adding the last top coat.

The finished result!
