Make Nutrient Bang, Pomegranate Green Smoothie !

INGREDIENTS
Frozen pomegranate seeds. I take out the seeds of pomegranate n store them for later use. Easier that way
Add 1 cup (250 mils) boiled/clean pure water with pomegranate seeds and blend in a blender to get the juice out of seeds. When done I strained the juice and seeds were left behind
Put the juice without seeds back into the blender. Add your blanched spinach, guava n apple chunks. Peel the apple if it's not organic
From outside the blender jug you can see there guava, apple n papaya chunks floating in pomegranate juice. With spinach on top
Now wash a handful of coriander leaves n one tomato.
Add in the juice that's ready to be blended
At this point In the end just before blending add 1tsp turmeric, and 1tsp cinnamon n aloe vera leaf to it. Close the lid n blend away for a minute
Viola. Beautiful lush green smoothie (NOT juice) for your nutrient bang of the day. It's got loads of fiber but still tastes smooth n creamy Cz it's nicely blended with pomegranate juice. Drink away!
- 1.0 Huge Pomegranate
- 1.0 Small Bunch of spinach
- 2.0 Guavas
- 1.0 Large apple
- 1/2 Papaya of medium size
- Coriander
- 1.0 Tomato
- 1.0 Thin tiny leaf of aloe vera
- 1.0tsp Turmeric powder
- 1.0tsp Cinnamon powder
