Here are half of the ingredients
Mix the eggs, sugar, butter, honey and soda. Put into a very low heat over double boiler and melt until bubbly
It should be like this
Mix the flour and cocoa
Add to the hot batter and knead an elastic dough
Cut the dough into 6-7 equal parts
Roll each piece into a large rectangle shape, put into a flat tray(dusted with a little bit of flour) and bake at 180c preheated oven for 6-7 minutes.
This is the ready layer. Be careful not to burn it
Make all the layers in this way and let them cool
For the cream mix sugar, flour, milk and egg together and put into a very low heat
Mix until it starts to thicken
Let cool, and in another bowl mix the room temp butter until pale
Gradually mix the condensed milk and combine very well
Add a good quality brandy( optional) and vanilla
in the end mix the cooled costard and it's done
Spread the cream on each layer, but leave the last layer as it is

- 4.0 Eggs
- 1/2c Sugar
- 180.0g Butter
- 4.0Tbsp Honey

- 1.0 Condensed milk
- 300.0g Butter
- 1.0c Sugar
- 1/2c Milk
- 2.0Tbsp Flour
- 1.0 Egg
- Vanilla
- Alcohol
