Pre-heat your oven to 325°F. Line a 9x13 inch pan with cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats…
…flour…
…brown sugar…
…chocolate chips…
…and baking soda.
Mix together.
Now add vanilla extract…
…honey…
…melted butter and other mix ins like sunflower seeds and dried fruit.
Mix then pour into a 9x13 inch pan, using a spatula to spread out and flatten.
Pop into oven for 18-20 minutes.
When finished in oven, pop out of pan using the cookie sheet.
Cut into bars…
