How to make non-fat banana mango frozen yogurt

This is an excellent substitute for ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

Chill one can of mango pur\u00e9e. Pur\u00e9e is thicker than juice.

Chill one can of mango purée. Purée is thicker than juice.

Add scoops of  non-fat yogurt, to taste. Add more yogurt for a tangy flavor.

Slice three very ripe bananas.

Add banana slices to chilled mango pur\u00e9e and yogurt. Blend.

Pour mixture into chilled bowl of yogurt maker.  Place in yogurt maker and turn until frozen.
