Add in the oats (do not use quick oats..only rolled oats or steel cut oats). Just eye ball how much you wish to eat. We put in about 1/3 of the container

Add 2 tbs yoghurt.. You can add more if you like

Topup with milk/chocolate drink till 2/3 of the container. If use plain milk, you can add honey or jams to sweeten a lil

Add the dried fruits. Give it a good stir with a spoon before placing the lids. Pop in the fridge for at least 5h/overnight. Ready to eat! Good for 5 days. If use cut fruits, limit to 3 days
