Put the honey and sugar in a pan on a medium heat till bubbly
Good ;) now add in the dates
Mix together till combined , turn off the heat. Time to add the nuts
Mix it all up and let it cool for an hour
After it cooled down roll it with parchment paper and coat it with coconut if you want
Slice it to the size you like
Oh yea.. Your done.
