How to make no-bake cookies. (warning! do not bake!)

Every kid has a memory of going to grandma’s house, walking in, and smelling the delicious smell of cookies baking in the oven. But my grandma’s cookies were different. They were no-bake cookies.

Get out all the ingredients and measuring cups

Rip out wax paper sheets 1 ½ feet long. Have about 2 ready. Depending on the size you make the cookies, you may need more.

Combine the first four ingredients listed in a big pot/sauce pan.  Bring to a boil.

After it has been boiling for 1 \u00bd minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until they are all combined.  Remove from heat.

Spoon out 1 to 2 tablespoons onto wax paper (Do this step quickly, the cookies harden fast).
