Grab your pork rinds. (Chicharron) you can pick any flavor, I prefer the ones from the Mexican store because they are more authentic, there are some that are processed, with too many ingredients.

Cut up some Cabbage, thinly sliced, also chop up some Tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Squeeze about 4 limes into the bowl, I like it juicy. Sprinkle with salt.
