Make sure that your nails are nice and clean and cut. Apply a clear base coat.
Once thats dry you get your paper towel and put some rubbing alcohol on it. Put some old newspaper on your nail and hold the paper towel on your nail and move it around for 30secs-1min
Carefully take away the newspaper and let the design dry for 5mins. And then your done!! ENJOY! And plz follow.
