Since we are doing a few coats of different colors, try to do thin coats.

Start with a base coat to protect your nails. This is Revlon Quick Dry Base Coat #955.

Don't worry if you get any on your skin. We can take care of that later. ;-)

2nd coat. This was my design on my feature nail. I just took a toothpick and drew a line in a blue-ish color and dots in the neon orange color.

… and top coat to protect your beautiful nails!! Just look at them shine!🎆

Lastly, take a q-tip and polish remover to get rid of unwanted polish on your skin.
