Make neon green dots with a dotting tool if u have.. I've used a normal brush..

Now neon pink!

Sea green! :D

NOW YELLOW AND BLUE!

Take black polish and toothpick for giving it a perfect look.

Take out a little amount of black polish on a piece of paper!
