Grate or brake the Jaggery .
Add the Jaggery and carom seeds in the water and boil for 15 min keep stirring so that the Jaggery does not stick to pot base.
Once boiled strain in a cup, U can use the left over carom seeds in yr cooking like in Chappati dough or eat it yourself raw very good for digestion or make a paste out of it and use as a face pack.
The colour will be like this.. Give 5ml for babies under 6 mths and approx 8ml between 6 to 12 and approx 15 ml to kids over a year if they have colic or gas or stomach pain can be given twice a day.
- 2.0tsp Jaggery (gud)
- 1.0tsp Carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1/2c Water
