Gather the goodies

Chop spring onions

Two eggs beaten to a pulp

Add a little butter and pepper and mix

Fold them together and cut into thin strips

Put in warm oven to keep hot

Chop chicken into small chunks

Skewers begin with large slice of red pepper then thread on prawns

Seal end with pepper slice

Baste with paprika pepper and oil

Mix soy sauce with chilli flakes

Quickly fry chicken stirring lots

Keep chicken warm and fry onions and garlic and pepper in pan

Add mixed veg

Grill prawns for two minutes each side

Fry noodles quickly

Noodles first stir fry next prawn crackers and place kebabs down edges

Eat well
