How to make nail pollish dry fast

I had to take off nail polish

Gather your supplies

Get your base coat and paint your nails

Dip your fingers in the water until your fingers are slightly numb then take them out and dry them with a towel

Now get your top coat and paint wait a few seconds and dip in water and do the same thing as step two

Let soak in water

And your done I hope you enjoy. I used it for my promotion ceremony and it worked great
