INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients.
Combine the flour, salt and baking powder.
In a seperate bowl combine the sugar yeast and warm water ( gets puffy)
Add the garlic, yeast mixture, milk, yogurt, egg, oil, and water into the dry mix that we mixed at the start.
Knead to form a soft dough
Make little balls from the dough, make small balls if u would like small naan, make big balls if u would like the naan to be fairly big in size.
Flour the surface u will be rolling on like so ^^
And roll out the ball, it doesn't matter if its not round...
Add a bit of butter and garlic to the skillet, make sure not to burn the butter but just melt it. Then place naan on skillet, allow to cook for a couple of seconds.
Add water to the top side and flip over, allow to cook until it is nice and brown. U could also instead of flippingthe naan over place the naan under a medium heat grill until brown.

- 1/2tsp Dry yeast
- 2.0Tbsp Sugar
- 5.0c All purpose Flour
- 2.0tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Baking Soda
- 2.0 Clove garlics, crushed and minced
- 3.0Tbsp Milk
- 2.0Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1.0 Large egg lightly beaten
- 2.0Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3.0Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2.0 Cloves of garlic miced ( for garnishing)
