Combine water and yeast until broken down then add a little sugar to feed are little helpers... Wait 10 minutes then add all Ingredients.(sorry for no pics hands got really doughy)

Put dough on floured counter and knead for 6 minutes or so

Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for an hour

Meanwhile mince 3 cloves of garlic

After hour knead garlic into the bread then roll into golfball sized peice's. Let rest for 30 minutes with damp cloth.
