Mix dry ingredients and put aside
Mix together butter and sugar until pale
One by one add eggs and beat well
Alternatively add cream and dry ingredients
You should end up with such an airy and fluffy batter
Separate evenly, add cocoa butter in one bowl and the remaining 40 g flour in the other
In a greased pan step by step put 2 tbspoon of each batter
For the custard mixed all the ingredients except butter
Put ob a low heat and mix until it thickens. Put into the fridge to cool completely
Cream the butter, gradually add the custard and vanilla
Spread over the sponge
Decorate with your favourite ganache and its done
