In a food processor, combine bananas, peanut butter, vanilla, and almond milk. Puree until the mixture is a smooth consistency. Place about 1/4 of the mixture into four separate serving bowls.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of the Whipped Cashew Cream onto the top of the pudding. I use Tal Ronnen's recipe for this. See my "How to Make Whipped Cashew Cream" SnapGuide for the recipe.

Sprinkle vegan chocolate chips on top and serve.

If you change the quantity of Almond milk to 4 cups, this recipe makes a GREAT smoothie!

If you skip the milk altogether, this recipe makes a great pie filling!
