Now let's take the egg and add the red wine into it

To the hot chocolate that is in the stovetop add the salt

Every Dominican family has it's own version of ponche. This is what we call it. Some put in coffee & real chocolate pieces, others beat the egg whites separate from the yolk. All versions are yummy

  • 4.0Tbsp Sweetened Chocolate powder
  • 1.0 Egg ,scrambled
  • 1/4c Red wine, I use el Leon
  • 1.0Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/8tsp Salt
  • Nutmeg
