INGREDIENTS
Wash romaine leaves and tomatoes.
Turn grill on.
Add salt and pepper to both sides of the steak and grill on both sides until steaks are cooked about 10 minutes. Take steaks off grill.
Peel garlic then using flat side of knife press down to crush the garlic. Then diced into small pieces.
Carefully using knife and cutting tool cut the onion into small pieces
Carefully using cutting board and knife dice the tomatoes.
Carefully using knife and cutting board cut the lettuce into small pieces
In a large bowl combine: [] lettuce [] tomato []onion salt and pepper.
Carefully using knife and cutting board cut the lettuce into small pieces add to salad.
Add blue cheese to salad and toss.
Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over salad and toss until the salad is coated.
Serve.
- 7 tomatoes
- 1 bulb garlic
- 2 large bunches of Romaine lettuce
- Balsamic vinegar ( enough to lightly coat salad)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 small thin sliced sirloin steaks
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 red onion
