How to make raspberry and coconut muffins
pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees celcius
Ok now get your tools: Mixing bowl, electric beaters, muffin tray for half cup size muffins, wooden spoon, paddy pans, measuring cups.
put 100 grams of butter with 150 grams of caster sugar
then mix
crack egg into the mixture then beat again till gone
add half a cup of coconut milk and stir with a wooden spoon. (the raspberries are later 👍)
(with the coconut milk)
put 200 grams of self raising flour in the rest of the mixture and keep stiring with a wooden spoon
add half a cup of normal (desiccated) coconut
also add 100 grams of raspberries to the mix (Dont forget to keep on stiring)
while we're at it lets add some vanilla extract
Now it will look a bit like this
now lets start to spoon the mixture over into the paddy pans
put the mixture in these round things
once all the mixture has been used put the paddy pans in the oven
put the future muffins in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are brown and golden
when it is time to pull them out don't forget to use the oven mits
now they should look golden with pink/purple bits everywhere. Sprinkle a little sugar on top and ENJOY! P.S. they taste even better when they are hot 👌👌

- 100 grams of butter
