Light oven at 190 degrees. Grease a 'slab' tin.
The ingredients you need are self raising flour, wholemeal self raising flour, untoasted muesli, coconut, brown sugar firmly packed in to the cup, plain yoghurt, butter and an egg.
You can get all of these ingredients at a local Coles.
First pour 1/2 a cup of self raising into a large bowl.
Then pour 1/2 a cup of wholemeal self raising flour into the bowl.
Pour 1 cup of untoasted (natural) muesli.
Then pour 1 cup of coconut into the bowl.
Then pour 2/3 a cup of firmly packed brown sugar.
Then mix it all together.
Then measure out 85g of butter then melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Then pour it in the bowl.
Then measure out 200g of plain yoghurt then pour it into the bowl.
Lightly beat one egg then pour it into the bowl.
Then mix all of it together.
Pour it onto the 'slab' tin and even it out to all the edges.
So it looks like this.
Then put it into the oven for 20 minutes.
Add some icing sugar for taste. This is a great healthy yet tasty dish that only takes 40 minutes.
This snack is completed in 40 minutes and it looks and tastes great. What I learnt is that you should grease the tin just before you start pouring it onto the slab tin and check on it in the oven.
