The ingredients you need are self raising flour, wholemeal self raising flour, untoasted muesli, coconut, brown sugar firmly packed in to the cup, plain yoghurt, butter and an egg.

This snack is completed in 40 minutes and it looks and tastes great. What I learnt is that you should grease the tin just before you start pouring it onto the slab tin and check on it in the oven.
