Ingredients selection of nuts and dried fruit feel free to add more dried fruit or different nuts
Place all nuts and seeds in seperate contains and soak with water overnight
Place seeds and nuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper place in over on 45 degrees fan forced for 3-4 hours or till the nuts/seeds are dry
Place oats in a bowl and add sesame, flaxseed, sunflower kernels, pepitas and currants you can add more dried fruit if you like
Chop up all nuts including walnuts, brazil, pecans, cashews, almonds and add to the bowl
Mix well. Feel free to add more seeds or nuts or dried fruit or shredded coconut. For gluten free version used puffed rice instead of oats
