Put the tomatillos in a recipient with water and let it boil for ten minutes, medium flame.

Preheat a pan with a few drops of oil, and put the chiles and the garlic. Stir for a few minutes, but not too long or else your salsa will end up bitter! Low fire ;)

Put the tomatillos (without water), The chiles and the garlic in your blender. Add the 1/2 cup of water...

And this ammount of salt.

Blend it well. This is how it should looks. Enjoy it!
