Preheat your oven to 400* F. Thaw and clean your shrimp and fish
Seasons needed... Along with soy sauce
Start by cleaning your fish thoroughly. Prepare you glass pan with olive oil.
Add seasons to taste and soy sauce
Chop some fresh parsley
Sprinkle over the top of your fish
Add your bell pepper blend. I used frozen ones, but thawed will work as well.
Add your water to the dish. Go ahead and place this in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Tilapia is white when done.
With your prepared shrimp...
Sprinkle these seasons over your shrimp along with a few squirts of lemon juice.
Mix it up
Put your shrimp in the fridge until the your tilapia is done.
This is finished tilapia
Add your shrimp to the pan. Close & TURN OFF the oven. Shrimp takes about 5 minutes to fully cook. The oven is hot enough to cook it so go ahead and allow it to.
This is your finished product! I hope this recipe works well for you. Happy Living!
