Mix dry ingredients together.

Slowly add oil as you mix into dry ingrdients. Should form into crumb-like texture.

Gradually add buttermilk and yogurt and knead until dough is formed. Check to see if more buttermilk/flour is needed.

Leave dough to rise 2-3 hours. Punch down and knead. Add toppings/fillings as desired and bake.

  • 1/2c All purpose flour
  • 3.0Tbsp Powdered milk
  • 3.0Tbsp Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1.0Tbsp Active dry yeast
  • 1.0tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2c Vegetable oil
  • 3/4c Buttermilk
  • 1.0 Small tub yogurt
