Preheat oven to 425 degrees celcius. Greece pan and set aside. 😊
Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl until the chocolate and butter are both completely melted.
Add sugar, flour, eggs, egg yolks and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
Mix together the melted chocolate and butter with the sugar,flour, eggs, egg yolks and the vanilla extract.
Divide batter into prepared ramekins.
Bake for 14-15 minutes or until cakes are set on the outside but still soft in the center.
Let the cakes sit for 1 minute to cool. Run a small knife or spoon around cakes to loosen. Carefully invert cakes into dessert dishes.
Spoon 1/4 cup ice cream beside the cake and top with fresh raspberries or other varieties of berries in the sauce around the cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy! 😊❤️
