How to make moist chocolate chip cookies: version 7.07
So we all know everyone has what they claim to be the best chocolate chip cookie recipe ever. BUT I gotta say, this one is unique, and it makes for some deliciously moist chewy CCCs! You'll love it!

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
Beat egg yolks, vanilla extract, and cream until pale! Add to butter sugar mixture.
Sift in your flour, along with the baking soda and salt!
Add your butterscotch and Chocolate chips! Feel free to taste test at this point ;)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Or spray with nonstick cooking spray! :)
Scoop spoonfuls of dough (I use an ice cream scoop for this. It's so handy.) onto the cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt!
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for no more than 12 minutes. Watch them carefully !

- 2.0Tbsp Heavy cream
- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2c Bread flour
- 1.0tsp Baking soda
