Cut 1/2 block of tofu into cubes and put into the pan with 4 cups of water. Turn temperature to high.
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of miso paste.
I like thick cuts of tofu :)
Add 1 tablespoon of Dashi soup base.
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of dried seaweed. I like seaweed so I added 2 tablespoons.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on high. Then serve and enjoy! If it's too salty, add more water. If it's not salty enough, add a little more miso paste or Dashi. Garnish with chopped green onions if you like.

- 1.0Tbsp Dried seaweed
- 1/2 block I tofu
- 1.0Tbsp Dashi soup stock powder
