Melt chocolate in microwave

Add 2-3 drops of peppermint extract (you do not need a lot so make sure they are small drops) also adding sprinkles is optional

MIX THEM TOGETHER

Dip crackers into chocolate then lay them on foil and make sure they do not touch

Put the cookies in the refrigerator and let them chill until firm
