Gather your supplies, the mint leaves must be washed and dried before using them. I used brown sugar cause it's more moist, but you can use regular sugar. You can also use coconut oil instead of olive
Put the leaves in your blender or mini chopper and add the lemon juice, this will help to create a purée.
Slowly, start adding the sugar and mixing with the leaves. You will see how it starts to take the texture you are looking for, add a bit a olive oil if needed (I added 1 tsp).
Take it all out and it's ready to be used! I only made a bit cause I like using it fresh, and since it's super easy, it won't take you more than 2 minutes to prepare it. Enjoy!
