Put the leaves in your blender or mini chopper and add the lemon juice, this will help to create a pur\u00e9e.

Slowly, start adding the sugar and mixing with the leaves. You will see how it starts to take the texture you are looking for, add a bit a olive oil if needed (I added 1 tsp).

Take it all out and it's ready to be used! I only made a bit cause I like using it fresh, and since it's super easy, it won't take you more than 2 minutes to prepare it. Enjoy!
