Start off with a yellow base coat

Now to start off with the goggles we will need to start off with half the circle.

Now fill in another part of the circle

And close it, you should have a pretty perfect circle, but this does take practice :)

Fill on the circle with a white paint for the eyeball

Now take a black brush and paint the strap for the goggle

Now for the mouth. I've never seen but one photo of a minion, so apparently this is what it's mouth looked like

Add the creepy little teeth lol

And his eyeball :)

Add a top coat :)
